ISDN Services

ISDN2 and ISDN30 Multi-Line Phone Systems

It’s not just big corporations that need high-quality telephone services. More and more people working in small offices or at home require a reliable phone service and ISDN telephone services provide you with just that!

There are two ISDN varieties: ISDN2 & ISDN30. ISDN2 is for businesses with up to 8 users and ISDN30 is for larger business of 8+ users.

  • Multiple Incoming Lines and Numbers
  • Crystal Clear Calls
  • Connects to advanced Call Management Systems
  • UK-Based Premium Support
ISDN2

ISDN2 lines are used for voice and data communications and start from 2 channels (lines).

You can add further connections (in pairs) up to 8 channels which increases the number of simultaneous connections and or available bandwidth. It also means as your business grows, your communications will grow with you. If your business requires any more than 8 channels, then ISDN30 may be better suited.

Call quality with an ISDN2 line will nearly always be clearer and sharper than a standard phone line too.

ISDN30 allows you to connect between eight and thirty 64k channels (lines), so these can all either be used separately, allowing multiple calls to be made and taken, or combined to increase bandwidth.

ISDN30

ISDN30 connections can also be used with a digital switch or phone systems to manage your calls more effectively.

Another key benefit is that an ISDN30 connection gives you the choice of an unlimited number of DDI (Direct Dial In) numbers – this means any incoming caller gets directly through to the right department or person without having to go through a switchboard.

I was in the process of uploading a (Big) video to YouTube. After 30 minutes of waiting, a colleague asked me if I was on the new connection and I said no. So, I change my Internet adapter settings to get on the new line and re-uploaded my video. 2 minutes later, the video was uploaded! I was well impressed and it no longer feels like I'm connecting to the Internet on a 56k modem 🙂
